Refund policy

Customers are eligible to a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchasing a faulty product with proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange the product must be faulty

Customers are not entitled to a refund or exchange for any change of mind purchases so please choose carefully. 

The product purchased must also be in the original packaging and you must have proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange at any time that we deem the request to be unreasonable. 

Dropping out of your aviation degree or diploma and discontinuing your flying training does not entitle you to a return or refund. 

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return a product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Manufacturer warranty:

For all products that you have purchased from Skylines Aviation Supply, we are happy to assist you in getting the problem resolved as soon as possible without any hassle. Skylines is not a repairer for any products. All the major brands that we sell come with a manufacturer warranty. We only sell the best and most reputable brands. We refuse to sell anything that doesn’t have a decent guarantee or warranty within Australia.
